Power Automate Desktop

元々Winautomationという従来より存在していたツールをマイクロソフトが買収して、新しくPower Automate Desktopとしてリブランドして提供を開始したものです。

パスワードの取扱いなどがどのようになっているのか、気になります。

そもそも自動操作によりアクセスを許可していないWebサイト、サービスが存在しているので、まず外部サイトへの利用においては確認が必要とのことです。代わりにコネクタやAPIなどが提供されているケースが多いので、それらのインターフェースを利用することが望ましいです。

サポート情報については　Power Automate サポート(ロボ研)　株式会社 ASAHI Accounting Robot 研究所 が参考になります。

PowerAutomateのメール送信機能は２種類あります。

“Send an email notification (V3)” Action which comes with the Mail Connection
24時間当たり100通と制限が有り、メールの送信者は、必ず”Microsoft Power Apps and Flow”　から送信となります。
The Send an email notification (v3) will send the email from Microsoft PowerApps and Flow. It can only send 100 emails every 24 hours.

“Send an email (V2)” Action which comes with the Office 365 Outlook Connection.
毎分900通のメールが送信できて、送信者はPowerAutomateの実行者のアカウントになります。
The Send an email (v2) will send the email from you as the creator of the flow. It can send 900 emails every 60 seconds.
